Creation is not vain word, and if it exists in a fixed organization as a structure of the layers which make it possible some to appear, there is advisable from now on to be based on fundamental realities of the creativity to promote, beyond appearances and of the modes, its formality and not its virtuality.

Internet is one of the means of making hatch this formality because it makes it possible to make known and to recognize works of the multiplicity by a multidimensional public, apart from the criteria chaired by the fashion of the moment.

However the fault of this system is born from the nuclearisation of its sources, and in particular as regards artistic creativity. In order to stage with this major disadvantage, in front of the obviousness of the facts, it was appropriate to create a dedicated site which makes it possible to each creator to be judiciously referred in the existing fabric whose development is irremediable.
