CHARTER OF THE CREATEURS AND AUTHORS
1) the Creative Author entrusts without reserve and without obligations of
result of sale the publicity and the referencing of sound or its works with
Harmonia Universum Self Editions on line, represented by Mr Patinet Thierri.
2) the Depositor of Works states on the honor to be the Author for it, and in
the case of an action for account commits themselves declaring the names and
addresses of the generating Author, with whom it will be taken contact for
acceptance of this charter. The Depositor, right now, concerns all civil and
penal liabilities, and in particular those touching in the counterfeit, Harmonia
Universum Self Editions on line, represented by Mr Patinet Thierri.
3) Jointly, for a referencing of the Author on his domain name, the Author
raises of all civil or penal liabilities, Harmonia Universum Self Editions on
line, represented by Mr Patinet Thierri, in the event of usurpation of the known
as conflict, domain name on this domain name, or other problems whatever they
are related to this domain name, either on the National level, or on the
International level.
4) the deposit of Works by the Author carries transfer of full Works without
reserve and without obligations of result of sale of known as Oeuvres to the
profit of Harmonia Universum Self Editions on line, represented by Mr Patinet
Thierri, whose obligations of means are limited to the simple deposit, the
publicity of this deposit and the role of intermediary in its possible
distribution in the event of sale, possibly in line on this site, or in line on
the site of the Author.
5) the civil and penal liability for the contents of works of the Authors
remains with the whole load of known as Auteurs who commits itself satisfying
Harmonia Universum Self Editions in line of any unspecified complaint in the
event of litigation with thirds, legal entity or physical, born from the
contents of their Works.
6) the Law governing the deposit of Works, 92-546 of 20 June 1992, bearing
obligation for the Author to deposit his Works, the Author must deposit the
contents of its Works in conformity with known as Loi, which one will find the
complete text in the legal pages of this site.
7) Harmonia Universum Self Editions on line takes care of the referencing of
works which are entrusted to him by allotting them to one or the other of its
collections, ensures publicity and is used of it of intermediary for their
distribution in the event of possible order, and this exclusively on line.
8) A this end, any literary work, for purposes of publicity, will have to be
addressed in the form of Word file, or txt, or Web page on support diskette or
CD, in its integral version, the extract chosen by the Author having to be made
on a file with share; with regard to graphic works, sculpture, others, the
Author will have to address either in the form of file, or in the form of
photograph, works which it wishes to subject for publicity; finally as regards
musical works, they will follow the same principle as literary works.
9) the selling price is fixed by the Author. The distribution of
Works, in the event of possible order, is ensured by the Authors and under their
exclusive responsibility, Harmonia Universum Self Editions on line, represented
by Mr Patinet Thierri, not having that a role of intermediary within the
framework of this sale. As of reception of an order Harmonia Universum Self
Editions on line the purchaser connects and the Author for realization of the
sale subject to payment by the Author with Mr Patinet Thierri representing
Harmonia Universum Self Editions on line, of a contractual payment accounting
for 10% of the price selling fixed by the Author, plus 2 Euros or against value
of 2 dollars American, this in order to face the exposed standing fixed
overheads for the maintenance of the site, the update, referencing etc… Fault of
the known as payment, the referencing of the Author will be automatically
cancelled.
On request of the Author, and under his exclusive responsibility, Harmonia
Universum Self Editions on line can take care of the distribution on line of
Works of the Author, provided the Author provides CD or DVD containing his Work,
the contractual payment of the Author with Mr Patinet Thierri representing
Harmonia Universum Self Editions on line passes then from 10% to 15% plus 2
Euros or against value of 2 dollars American and fresh of mail registered to the
purchasers.
Concerning the works designed and carried out by Universum Harmonized on request
of the Author and under the exclusive responsibility of the aforesaid Author,
Harmonia Universum, without obligations of results, the total distribution
subject to signing of a contract of numerical
edition ensures some personal, and will transfer on each effective sale 45%
of the selling price to the increased Author of the expenses of mail registered
to the intending purchasers.
10) the Author commits himself leaving one year firm from his setting on line on
Harmonia Universum Self Editions on line, his works. The renewal will be tacit
annually except cancellation at the end of one year at the day of referencing by
the Author made by simple e-mail, which will see its referencing being erased
Harmonia Universum Self Editions on line, and the restitution of the supports
addressed for this setting on line.
11) Only the integral adhesion of this charter by the Author, and without it
being allowed the parts to return on one or the other article of this charter
carries acceptance by Harmonia Universum Self Editions on line, represented per
Mr Patinet Thierri to proceed to the referencing of received works.
12) A this end, it is enough for the Author to copy or print the page on which
this charter is, to sign it with the mentions read and approval and good for
agreement, and to address it to the Editor Author with copy works that it wishes
to subject to publicity.
